The launch of Sekurit Service – A Saint-Gobain brand, is so much more than just a new brand name. As Mathieu Lemaréchal, Marketing Director explains:

So why the choice of Sekurit Service? Two simple alliterative words that perfectly encapsulate the unmistakable DNA of the company. After all, it is closely related to the globally renowned Saint-Gobain Sekurit brand. And unparalleled service is what the company provides, every single day.

Over the course of a quarter century, the company learned a great deal about itself and its mission by listening to customers and keeping its finger on the pulse of the industry.

The company was the first in its market to launch a webshop in 2005. Since then it has been adding services and functionality on a regular basis – with customer needs in mind. The most recent addition being a digital returns process.
Part of the rebrand project involved a rationalisation of its digital footprint. By leveraging traffic already visiting its webshop and keeping the customer front of mind, the Sekurit Service brand has built its new website, or shop window, as the front end to its webshop. Everything in one place, really enhancing its digital customer journey and one-stop-shop concept.
